Next, you will generate a document on ChatGPT, analyze it, then begin researching and writing your document. Generate a document regarding ONE of subjects we have covered listed below. Do this by typing [ Write a technical document on the importance of ] in chatGPT and then type your choice of ONE of the options shown below:

For example, your input should be "Write a technical document on the importance of Intellectual Property" Then watch as ChatGPT generates the output. Copy and Paste it to a word document and submit it with your document that you create so I can review them side-by-side.
- Pick THREE points throughout the document and elaborate IN YOUR OWN WORDS based on the example you chose, making sure to cite any outside sources used. The generated document is NOT a valid source, it is for you to draw ideas from, and it is not to be abused or copied.
- Research and Explain the importance of your topic
- Find at least two state or federal policies put in place surrounding your topic
- Review the generated document for errors, flaws, grammar, etc.
- Compare the verbiage and grammar in the AI output to that of Human Effort. In other words, explain how the content is obviously pulled from a database as opposed to being from the human mind. (Example being, humans do not consistently write as well as the content generated through ChatGPT)
- Include a real-life experience YOU, or a friend/family-member/co-worker has experienced in relation to the topic you chose. Or choose a current world event to serve as an example, citing your sources within the document as paraphrased in-text citations and in the reference section in APA format.
- Choose a topic from the options above for ChatGPT to generate and for you to research and explain.
- Research your topic
- Write a 7-8 page paper
- Summarize your topic and its relevance to topics covered in our course (Computer Law, Ethics, Security) in the Introduction
- Your "Goals" should be covered in the Body of the paper, use Section or Paragraph Headings if you would like.
- Conclusion should re-cap why the topic is important and the distinct differences between computer versus human generated reports.
- Include at least four outside references as support for your topic
- Use APA format for your paper
- 1 inch margins

- Submit your paper to BlackBoard in the DropBox in WEEK 9 (It should be submitted by the end of that week, or 3/24)
